So, it all started when I felt it was that time to factory reset again. So I went to the menu on windows to factory reset my pc and this time it had 2 options. It said remove my files, or remove my files + clean drives. So, I picked the new one that said remove files + clean drives. (Note: I've factory reset many times before this and had no problem with minecraft, I always was able to run it with sildurs shaders at 160+ fps. it was only until I cleaned the drives that it start running slow.) So, once it was done I reinstalled everything and updated ALL my graphics drivers one by one and checked them with other programs. When I ran minecraft I changed all the settings exactly like they were before. It ran sildurs shaders at 40-60 fps this time, it used to run it at 160. YES I did a smart test, and yes I went into nvidia control panel and yes its running my nvidia 750ti. I've tried everything and I'm beginning to give up, it's been like this for 2 straight months :/.
- I also have nvidia geforce experience.
(I don't think it's a problem with my spec because it ran 160+ at these same specs just before this :/)
