So I had wanted an optifine cape so I went and donated $10 using payment wall but it froze on me and so i thought it didn't go through and i then donated another $10 using ccnow and that went through right away. When I went to check my bank statement i got charged for payment wall and I then asked for a refund from then in which they did and then I got an email from optifine saying they removed my cape even though I had still kept that other donation with ccnow for $10. My issue is not with the removal of the cape but rather the lack of customer support from them because I had sent them emails going on with my problem and not once have they responded but then when I got my refund from one of the payment methods they were quick to send me an email talking about they removed my cape for refunding and remove my cape. So can anyone help get me in contact with someone from optifine because if they don't give me my cape back for still having my $10 from ccnow I want the $10 back and ill get the cape again.
