Basically as the title said. Nothing in game is updating. Blocks reappear, mobs don't move at all, and I can't interact with buttons and levers and other things like that. Every so often the game will register the update, but then it will just stop again. I need a way to fix this.

Try running the Minecraft.msi and clicking repair. You can also try doing a clean reinstall of the game. Also a game log might provide more infomation
