So i want to reinstall windows on my computer but i wonder is it possible to copy+ paste the world i have into my new minecraft folder that i will have after reinstalling the game ?
or can i save the world on a usb stick ?

yes you can go to your MC folder and the folder called saves is where all your worlds are copy and paste and you are good to go
you can also share worlds this way
