That's the same computer you were told by tails1 that is too old for minecraft. You need a new computer
But why i can play minecraft before? Before i upgrade it to 64bit
I download intel driver that someone told me to install that and it's worked This is the new dxdiag log This is the old dxdiag log
They all is same PC but the old ones is 32bit and the new is 64bit. If you said i need new computer, then why before i can play minecraft smooth 90fps+?

Older systems, with weak CPU's, GPU's, etc tend to hate 64 Bit. I'd recommend down grading back to 32 Bit. Also try upgrading to the latest Java. It's best to save up for a new computer. There's a lot of cheap gaming PC's under $400-$300 such as:
There's are some of the cheapest available, that are decently powerful, especially for Minecraft.
