When you have paid minecraft the skin should be visible to all players on all servers be it online or offline mode (premium and cracked) so as long as its set at minecrafts website it should be just fine as long as the skin servers arent down. (I think they might just be jealous of you :P)
He forced me to create a world Single Player and click on "Open to LAN". Do crack players really can not see my Premium skin or me being reprimanded by Mojang this way?
Your skin is fine. The other person has the issue because they have not bought the game. I am closing this now as we don't support cracked here and it's the cracked persons issue.

Complete story, I just bought Minecraft Premium.
The next day, my enemy who uses Minecraft crack mocked me while challenging to play Minecraft vannila. (I really like the vannila)
When I play, my enemy says while laughing at me that my skin is not visible, while my skin is visible on my computer.
