My Minecraft has this strange visual glitch where the screen seems cropped for some reason. I am running Minecraft 1.12 but if you look at the top of the image, the "video setting" title has been cropped out by the game. The pic is Minecraft maximized but NOT full screen. When I go full screen the glitch is corrected but I don't want to play full screen. Any ideas as to the cause?

I updated all my drivers, graphics or otherwise, about 10-20 minutes before I posted the thread so that is not the issue.
