Yesterday when I tried to play Minecraft, my launcher would not open. The little icon on the taskbar showed that it was running, but no window ever showed up, nor would a window preview if I hovered my mouse over it. It was pretty late, so I decided to forget about it, turn my computer off and go to bed. Today, when I tried to launch it, it still did the same thing. I've tried everything I could do to fix it; Do a repair through the control panel, completely get rid of all evidence that I ever had Minecraft installed on this computer before and install it again, and it still wouldn't work. I have not installed any programs since last time I ran Minecraft successfully, in fact, I haven't done much at all except a virus scan using AVG. My operating system is Windows 10.
