try removing "Bloodmoon-MC1.12-1.5.1.jar"
also, are your mod's MC version matched up with your forge MC version.

4 Years on Minecraftforum. Over 8 on minecraft itself. Mod developer for almost 3 years.
Bloodmoon-MC1.12-1.5.1.jar is a mod it has never made any problems before. it was not bloodmoons that made the game crash.
i did just up date my mods but i have the right version.
i can not get a world to load now no crash witch out put log do you need
