I have a Intel Core i7-4510U CPU, 2 cores, 4 Logical Cores; nVidia 850m Graphics Card and 16 gigabytes of RAM. With this PC I can usually get around 100+ frames per second. All of a sudden when I launched up Minecraft and joined a server, my FPS was consistently between 9-15 FPS. I have the 64-bit version and it is up to date, my GFX card is also up to date as well as my CPU and OS. The amount of RAM I dedicate to Minecraft also doesn't help. I tried Singleplayer thinking that maybe that server was just laggy, I still go the same frame rate (my Maximum FPS is set on "Unlimited") I also have all minecraft settings down and I still get the same low frame rate...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Disable GeForce experience overlay. And why couldn't you copy and paste JVM arguments?
Yeah, IDK why i didnt copy/paste, sorry. Also, I am pretty sure Geforce experiance overlay is off...
I turned geforce overlay on then off and it seemed to work. Cheers! Also, any explanation why that happens?
