I am having trouble logging in. I live in China and sometimes to do stuff I need to be connected to a VPN connection,
for example I can't watch YouTube without it, can't access Google or even Gmail without it.
This for, resets sometimes my access to the game, to my account.. causing emails asking to change my password to be sent.
As usual I do end up changing my password just to get access back again.
But now I have this issue, where I can't log in, in the Launcher nor the Official Minecraft page with messages poping up saying things like
"AUTHENTICATION FAILED We could not authenticate you against our servers.
Please try to log out and then log back in again.",
"OOPS! An error prevented your request from being processed. Please try again." or
"No se ha podido conectar al servidor."
(Couldn't connect to the servers in Spanish.. my main language is Spanish, sorry..)
I don't know what to do so I am asking for help here.
I thought this was something that would get fixed in the spend of 24 hours.. but since it's passed over 24 hours already and I still have no access the forums it is..
It's possible that you were blocked for "security reasons" because of using a VPN.
Stupid great firewall.
Unfortunately the ONLY way to fix it is, contact Mojang.
I did contact Mojang.. I sent an email but got this as a response,
"I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your game. Unfortunately, this help center is limited mostly to accounts and billing; we do not have a technical support team.

I currently don't know what to do.. and I actually have no idea if I can get back into my account..
Well.. it's working now, I can get back in my account this thread can be closed.I think the email worked, I guess.Thanks Herb_Plot twist, I can't get online now.. for an unknown reason.. great!
