I would like to thank you people for taking the time to help me out.
The problem is every time after I hit PLAY on the Minecraft Launcher, it says GAME CRASH, An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience. I then opened the Minecraft Game Output and I have attached a picture of the Output Log
I have updated my game driver and have also tried playing on 1.8.9 instead of 1.12.1
I have done some research throughout Minecraft Forums and Wiki but nothing has helped so far.
My operating system is a Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 15063). My chip manufacturer is Intel Corporation and my chip type is a Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.

Hmmm, there seems to be an issue with the Displaying Minecraft, post a dx-diag log ( "How to get Dxdiag log" in my signature) maybe we can know more about your driver.
