I found the fix myself. For anyone having the same issue with mods, listen here. I'll tell you how I fixed it. I started pulling some mods out, one by one and seeing what ones would crash. Eventually I found the one that wasn't working, and that one was Galacticraft. As I launched it, it didn't crash on start-up. It said I was missing more files for different mods. I installed all the files I needed, and put Galacticraft back in. It launched and worked. I think the game can't handle all the missing things at once, and just crashes. So if you have an issue like this with mods just make sure you have every little file for every mod.

For anyone else who finds this thread by Google etc:

This problem of crashing instead of listing all the missing things at once. Fixed in the latest (2018) Galacticraft versions. Please update Galacticraft to the latest.
