I had to reinstall Minecraft, Forge and the mods I used for a long time after a new version of Windows 10 was installed and removed almost everything.
I am still using the same mods from before that I had saved on a portable hard drive before this happened.
But now Some mods don't appear in Inventory and some are missing items, plus when I click on the tab to "Search Items", it crashes the game, as does a couple of the mod slots too. Below is all I can get from the Launcher for a crash report...
