Any version beneath 1.10.2, the one im trying to play is 1.3.1, doesn't work. It opens fine, doesn't crash, but when i go to any of the sub-menu's, multiplayer, singleplayer, texturepacks, options, etc. I can't click anything. It's not my mouse, because my mouse is working fine right now, and its not just the version, because it works on my dad's computer, my sister's computer, and my brother's computer. I know my game isn't frozen, because i can hover over the options to create new world, etc. and it shows like its selected, yet still, when i click it it just doesn't do anything. I'm using the latest version of Java as of 8-19-17. I recently had to download windows 10 again.

It's not a problem due to config files. I've tried uninstalling minecraft and JUST getting the old version, unless you mean config files from another program. Just to be clear, it worked UNTIL i reinstalled windows 10.

MultiMC also did not work.

I have the latest graphics driver, too.
