And next time, don't title your thread something like that. Just briefly describe the problem in a few words for the subject, then explain you need help in the body if you are so desperate. Everyone needs help on this board. Just titling it something like "PLEASE HELP ME" or something similar is getting you nowhere.
I have a Radeon RX 460 2gb from powercolor...
I tried playing unmodded 100% normal minecraft...
I get 32-58 fps, i don't think that is normal.
If you need more info just ask.

O and the specs are
Pentium G4400 (at normal clock speed)
RX 460(2GB)
8 gigs DDR4 (underclock as usual[like all other ram])

Have you downloaded the drivers from AMD's official website?
