I am getting an error "Login failed. Invalid username or password." I have been exchanging emails with a Minecraft support agent and they said to wait 30 minutes and it didn't help. Then they said to wait 1 hour and it didn't help. Then they said wait 24 hours and that didn't help and now they wont reply to my emails. I don't know what to do to play. Also I can log in on other computers just fine just not this current device. I am running Minecraft java 1.12 java is up to date and I have been playing before and the problem randomly hit.
As i have said i contacted Mojang and they told me that my situation was basically impossible then when i said that it was happening they started ignoring my emails and its been 3 days now.
how do you know that exactly. bc there is no way that its something on mojangs side if i can log in on my laptop or any other pc. thats the only reason i made a post

Contact Mojang, they are the ONLY people that can help with account issues.

As I have said NO ONE here can help with account issues, you HAVE to deal with Mojang.

"Invalid username or password" means either you're putting in wrong credentials or you're being throttled from logging in.
which neither is true if i can still do it from another computer
