It seems you have an HP Pavilion a6813w Desktop PC, made in 2009, but with the graphics upgraded to a Geforce 9500 (which came out in 2008).

However, there is no driver installed for the Geforce. It's using a default driver.

Get the latest driver from AMD, their "Auto detect" should work: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

I doubt Minecraft will be playable, but you need a driver anyway.

did you read the dxdiag log?

DAC type: NVIDIA Corporation

the GPU is NVIDIA not AMD, you CAN NOT use AMD drivers for a NVIDIA GPU

download and install http://www.nvidia.co.uk/download/driverResults.aspx/112662/en-uk but if it comes up saying you need manufactures drivers you will have issues as HP only support that computer upto windows 7, you would have to beg HP to support it to windows 10 (they won't so don't try) revert back to windows 7, or get a newer GPU, but then a newer computer would be the better option
