Hi, any help would be most appreciated.

When I start the minecraft launcher for Windows 10, I click 'play 1.12.1 latest release' and then seconds after before the client appears, it says "Game crash. An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed". I'm not sure how to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client.
