I created a directory junction so that my .minecraft folder actually goes to my HDD (not my SDD). When I attempt to install, it doesn't recognize the directory junction, and says that the path doesn't exist. However, it does use the directory junction for launcher settings. Is this some Java issue (wouldn't surprise me if Java doesn't support directory junctions)?
If this is unfixable, can someone tell me how to actually put .minecraft elsewhere? Changing the "Game Directory" launch option literally does nothing.
