I've had minecraft since 2010 and ran into no problems until now. I had the technic launcher installed to play pixelmon, but until recently it keeps saying invalid credentials even know I know the password and username was right. I even went on mojang.net and on the regular minecraft launcher and it worked. So I just assumed it was just the technic launcher. Well they finally put pixelmon back up so I tried downloading it again and it still doesn't work. Then I went on mojang.net again and put my account in and it says I don't have the right username or password. I reset my password 8 times and it still says "unknown username or password". So I got really mad and said screw it i'm going to make a new Mojang account. Then I put my email in and it says that I do have a account for my email. At that point I became so infuriated. I then went onto the launcher which didn't work either now. I then found out that there is a "Mojang account", and a "Minecraft account" for playing minecraft. Why add this?? makes it 10 times more complicated. Then after nothing minecraft related working I decided to go on the Mojang support page and file for help. But after putting the info in it says I need a "transaction id" Which you get when you bought the game. I didn't even know this was a thing until now. So I googled how to get it and apparently you need to email someone else to get it. But other people have tried it and they don't even respond. At this point I was LIVID and said screw this. How can someone mess something up this bad. Everything isn't working and it's stupid. Other people have been having this problem for MONTHS and no one has done anything. They only care about their money and not the well being of their buyers. Minecraft is dead and until they fix all this i'm not touching it and advising other people not to either.
If you have a solution then please tell me. I wrote this to show people that if you are having this problem then it's useless to contact mojang because they simply could care less bro

that is strange, do you make sure that password matched? this happened to me twice because I kept forgetting my first password.

I did it's 100% right
try putting in a simple password like one word(either long or short) and couple numbers or couple symbols
or type in a password in Notepad or something like that and copy it into Password blanks.
