Is this the regular, java version of Minecraft on a PC? Version 1.12.1?
Have you tried removing and reinstalling it?
Has it ever worked on this computer, or is it the first time you're trying it?
Does your Windows username (which I think you changed to "XXXXX" in the above) contain any strange characters, such as $ or _ or ' or anything?
Do you have some software installed that might be blocking things, such as a firewall or anti-virus software? If so, could you perhaps disable it, to test if that's the issue? In particular, ByteFence, McAffee, and AVG often cause this type of error.

Umm... Can somebody help me? I looked elsewhere but i havent seen this problem fixed.
