When I try to enter with my account (I am premium) to the official page or the launcher it doesn't let me, but it let me log in on mojang.
When I try to log in the launcher, it says: Could not connect to the server.
But the internet works perfectly
And when I try to login to the official page it says: A error prevented your request from being processed. Please try again.

Sounds like something on your network is restricting access to gaming-related sites. You'd have to talk to whoever runs your network to change it.
The other possibility is that the Minecraft website and login servers are down. You can check that here.
