Hello! I just came back to playing Minecraft from a rather long break, so I updated, installed Optifine 1.12.1 HD_U_C5. I open up Minecraft, everything is fine, at 60 FPS. I look at the F3 menu just for info, and I see it's running on the integrated Intel HD Graphics 620. So I go into NVidia Control Panel and make Javaw.exe run on the dedicated NVidia 950M card. I open up Minecraft again, 10, maybe 20 FPS. I switch back to Integrated, 60 FPS..... Then I started experimenting with various shaders i have in the shaders folder, and on the Integrated, SIldur's vibrant shaders on high with motion blur barely got 10 FPS. On the opposite end, with the NVidia card, the more I threw at it, the higher my FPS was. Sildur's vibrant at high with motion blur got me to 16-20 FPS constantly. Then I increased AA from the Shaders tab to 4x, stable 20 FPS. I would like to run some shaders, not sildur's, but some shaders. My specs should be completely overkill for MC on the settings I run it on. Please help me fix this...
NVidia driver verion (latest according to GeForce Experience): 384.94
Java: 64bit, Version 8 Update 144, latest according to java
Fog quality:Fancy, Particles:All, Trees:Smart, Graphics:Fast, Use VBOs: ON, Clouds: OFF, Smooth FPS: ON, Fast Render: OFF, Chunk Updates: 2, Smooth World: ON, Fast Math: ON, Dynamic Updates: ON, Fullscreen, default mode, Max Framerate: VSync (I did turn this to Unlimited, but apart from some cringe-worthy tearing it had no effect on the FPS)
Here's a DxDiag in case you need to see anything:

I did reinstall, nothing. I did however find something, but it's a new problem, I never had it before. Taking it out of fullscreen, in Windowed mode actually fixes this issue and I have over 100 FPS even with shaders. But I've never, ever had this problem before. I allocated Minecraft 2GB of ram, which is double than what it used before I enabled JVM Arguments. Do you know what causes this? I really want to play MC fullscreen, but I guess it's ok to play it like this at least until a fix is found. In the default Minecraft window size, the small one, I have over 500 FPS, and if I maximize it, I have over 100. Problem solve, not happy with it... but it's playable now. Any ideas as to what causes this?

10, regardless if VSync is on or not.

I think I know a solution to this problem. Try turning Nvidia ShadowPlay off:
1. Open GeForce Experience.
2. Click the gear near the top-right corner that says "Settings".
3. Find the "In-Game Overlay" setting, and turn that off.
4. Start up your Minecraft again, and see if it fixes the problem.
