For whatever reason, I'm not receiving the email to reset the security questions for my Mojang account. I would sign in with my email I used to create the account and then my security questions would pop up to access the account. I don't remember the questions so I clicked the link to reset them. Once it brought up the page asking if I wanted to send the email, I clicked it and went to check my email. I didn't receive the request. I've waited for about 3 hours now and I've retried multiple times but it just won't send. Does anyone have any ideas?
I had the same issue, it's been 2 years and still no reset email. I have two accounts and the one with a gmail works fine, the hotmail account however hasn't been able to receive emails from them in years for some unknown reason. When you contact them they will send you on a roundabout loop of steps that won't help at all to reset your questions or get the email. The only way they'll actually help you is if you can provide them with the purchase info from the purchase confirmation from when you bought the account, if you don't have this info anymore then welcome to the club cause you're outta luck. Sorry.
