As the person above said, check to see if you changed anything.
If changing everything back to default setting doesn't work, go to my signature for known incompatible software to see if you have anything that can conflict Minecraft. if that fail, post a Dxdiag log ( also in my signature)
Not sure if this'll help but heres some of the crash log.
Same thing basically happens when I run CS:GO. It launches fine, but when I enter or start a game it black screens and I cannot exit the application without shutting off my computer.

I am not sure what category this would fall under as I don't exactly see a support category for my issue (Or I'm blind and didn't see it.)
But eachtime I run and start MC, it crashes instantly. I am running Windows 8 but I'm not sure why this is happening...

EDIT: what is your system hardware spec?
To be honest, I'm not sure how to check that. I'm not a whole lot into computers or how to use them, just how to game on them.
I did not change any default settings, I added this profile how anyone else would but I'm not sure what Java Runtime has any effect on this.

can you copy and paste the log?( into the spoiler) that isn't all of it, what you think is unimportant might be really important.
