After receiving a laptop from my stepbrother, I thought I'd download Minecraft. Upon playing I noticed that the lag was so unbearable even after setting everything to the lowest it could go, I had to close out. I then downloaded Optifine, which didn't help, even after setting everything to the lowest it could go. The FPS when standing still was close to 200+ FPS, but when I so much as moved my mouse to look around, it immediately drops down to 1-3 FPS, even 0 FPS. The specs of my laptop are in the attached image.
I hate to say this, but the specs of your laptop might even be to weak for much to help. Try changing the resolutions within OptiFine. There's not much to tell you other than to invest in a new laptop.
