Lately when I've been playing multiplayer the game will randomly freeze, requiring a hard reboot of my laptop (holding down the power button), and as a result I had a lot of difficulty getting an error log of the game. It took a while, and lots of fear for my computer's safety, but I think I may have gotten something.
The log from the launcher said that there were 9 fatal errors on Java's part, but in order to get the log I had to quit the game before anything could stop working. I mention this in case this is not the problem due to not letting the crash happen.
Causes login and multiplayer connectivity problems.
If you’re having issues joining a LAN world while using Webroot SecureAnywhere, open your settings, navigate to System Tools –> System Control –> Control Active Processes and make sure Java and Minecraft are set to Allow.
Also can you post your java arguments used
Alright, it appears that both were already allowed. Don't quite know what you mean by Java arguments. Didn't know about Webroot causing issues so I'll be sure to keep tabs on that in the future.

It also lists "received passengers for unknown entity" error on occasion. Here's the Pastebin of the log.
Sorry if this is long and rambly, but I really want to figure out what is going on. Any help will be much appreciated.
Neither of those, I've had one called Webroot but it's been on this computer for a few years at this point. No problems between the two yet.
Using Windows 10, freezes sporadically with no warning and also happens in single player

This seems to make things a bit better. Still getting the "unknown entity" error but much less frequently. Will update if anything changes.
Problem still persists. Error log showed nothing for five minutes leading up to crash other than two of the "received passengers for unknown entity".
Here's the more recent log.
