So above are more specified datas. I could put my Sensor-Datas from GPU too, but these are fine (EDIT DOWN BELOW: I PUTTED IN MY SENSOR DATA LOG)
The Core gets up to a load by 100% at Core #0, and Core#1 is fine with 60% Max. Load, The Core Load begins to raise to 100% when the Error comes up the fírst time in the ingame-chat.
So now to my RAM. I launched Minecraft with several JRM-Arguments, reinstalled more than 10 Times, (Java too). Reallocated 512MB, then 1024MB (Java 32 bit doesant allows more and it also wouldnt work with my 2GB Total RAM and Windows beside). So i installed Linux 64 Bit, Ubuntu to be exact. Installed Java64Bit, stocked in 1GB more of RAM to have a Total of 3GB and allocated 2 GB Memory to Minecraft, same error occurs in the same time-window.
For my world, hes rly big. I got a nearly 200x1000 Ender-Quarry from Extrautils in the DeepDark, a ME System with more than 10k from every Ressource (Stone near a million, SILKTOUCHUPGRADE <3) , over 30 seperate automated Machine-Orders to Autosmelt, Pulverize and Autocraft some Parts direct to be constant rdy to build. I got a 10x10x80 Reactor, 5 Turbines with these special Metal-Inductor Blocks from BigReactors (dont know name now, cant look as it dont work .<) Soo a pretty big Map. Sooo i thought its Map Related, tryed all imaginable Solutions for Chunkfixing but there is no Error founded. Also the error occurs on new made Maps, it takes a bit longer but it crashes in all imaginable ways with same error.
BREAKING NEWS: IT ALSO OCCURS WHEN I ONLY STAND STILL LOLOLOL
And now the best point. Under all 2 Systems,
Ubuntu 64bit with Java64 Bit and 2GB Memory for Minecraft, 3GB Total
it crashed in same time, same error. Via F3 i could see Minecraft uses 700MB of total 2GB.
Under Windows 7 32bit, Java 32bit, Minecraft can use 1GB, Total 2GB,
it crashes same time like Ubuntu, same error. Via F3 i saw Minecraft uses 500MB or so.
Under both speccs, the VRam-Memory was used by a Max Total of 672MB from avaible 1024MB, max Temp 57°C and the CPU load (now sayin i have 200% Load, as i have 2 Cores, was at 170% percent max before error occurs), Memory Usage bout 700MB / 1024MB. Short Story Long: GPU Uses 70% or VRam, 69% from RAM, and 160% of 200% CPU-Load.
Why the hell this error is following me through all Speccs and Installs?!
ErrorLog from Minecraft from Start till elimination:
PS: In All cases i had to terminate the jvm.exe and all correlating Stuffs to Java to get my PC back to run smooth. All Minecraft stuffs runned in Tray after this Error occured
This isnt helpful but i let it there, maybe all can get helpful again.
OOOK when i tryed to log it into a Diagramm and not into a readable text it never connected...
Same log as Error Log, but ends with this directly by loading in:
The state engine was in incorrect state SERVER_STOPPING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded. Server terminated.
And no other Informations that i can find now over this error as informations was discarded, but here relating Graphics:
(I Think it couldnt reallocate that much Memory to Log into Graphics, view and show connected handles to javaw.exe and the GameOutput was on too.
I timed the start and the Diagram so, that a short time of the FML Init is in the Diagram too. When you look at the first of the 4 Graphics and search the lowest point that is in the middle of the Diag, there the Init was finished. I know my CPU is bad, but this shoudnt end up in a OpenGL Error??
OK SAD THAT I CANT EDIT THE SPOILER TITLES :< Sorry if it is a lil bit messed up chaos, but i can guarantee its sorted chaos. From an German with bad englisch. LOL
UFF I EDITED THAT MUCH I HOPE ITS ALL OK lol
Sooo while i logged all kind of Informations, here the (thats what i think) line which has the most information:
# Problematic frame:
# C [nvoglv32.DLL+0x8837f1]
OMG glad i realized it:
yes, my graphic drivers are up to date.
My java you ask? Dont know, version on top, but just sayin: Slightly outdated JRE versions have rarely been associated with crashing graphics drivers
EDIT: okok i looked bout Java versions and information i got:
So my Java is uptodate too.
Edit #1927-e326727143²: Sorry for letting Old Fragments stand after Editing, but i think this is cool cause you see what i did additionally.
I fixed the Problem, at some Point my minecraft resettet some Changes and better math and better rendering was off, render distance 9?! and somehow OpenGL seems to hold rendered stuff twice in memory, could it be? Long Story Short: 1GB Ram is just enough to run on a thin edge lol.
Soo double posted in hope i get more attention for a close of this post, and a double post in this form signals better to other people im done right?

Edit:
All tested, all works fine without this Error. Error Solved, Graphic Settings causes the Driver-DLLs to overload Memory cause they dont stop output and will lead Minecraft into a OpenGL error cause these extra-memory isnt marked (double OpenGL rendering, missing programm-code to delete unneeded textures).
Now i have framedrops, but all works fine with unbelievable low settings.
Hello Guys,
i now write here cause i runned out of my knowledge.
Beforehand, here my Speccs:
OS: Windows 7 (x86) version 6.1
Java: 1.8.0_25, Oracle Corporation
VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (mixed mode), Oracle Corporation
OpenGL: GeForce GTX 550 Ti/PCIe/SSE2/3DNOW!, version 4.4.0, NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL Version: 4.0
Maximum texture size: 16384x16384
2 GB DDR3 RAM
Geforce GTX 550 TI, 1024 MB GDDR5 vRAM | AMD Athlon (64) Dual-Core 2,3GHz

EDIT: Okokok, i directly put in more stuff:
GPU Sensor Log:
So this is my Sensor Log from my GPU. I started at World Selection. Selected World and while Loading i started logging.
Minecraft Game Output (Not the same as the error log:)
Okok this is pretty big and maybe not important for all upcoming answers but here:
