Recently my minecraft client started freezing after just a few seconds of play , but only in game , in the menu it is perfectly fine . this happens for like a minute or two , after that it run normal and it cycles through freezing and unfreezing for long intervals.
I suspect the built in java runtime to be the problem , but i do not know how to update it and if i chooses the one in my pc it crashes

post the java argument used
At first i did not , but i tried changing the ram allocation and nothing changed , arguments are the same .
