Now just so I don't get any people telling me 'just change your mouse DPI' this is not an issue pertaining to that.
This specifically only has happened to me on versions 1.9 - 1.12.
This issue appears to have happened to many other people as I have checked from many other forums and have just seen people giving the same bad advice which everyone does.
This issue can be temporarily fixed by resetting my computer, but after closing and re-opening the game, the issue returns. (And it obviously isn't practical to just constantly be restarting my computer for a game)
Now to the issue itself:
Normal camera movement in the game is fine.
GUIs movement with the cursor is fine.
But, when I move my mouse when holding ANY of the mouse buttons (1 - 5) I appear to have random & sporadic movements, as if the mouse DPI is changing to a different set value. (Note that this is only for normal camera movement, this doesn't happen even when holding down in GUIs.
My issue looks a lot like , but only happens when holding down mouse buttons. Please, if anyone knows a fix or mod I could add to my game to fix this?
Already tried (and failed) methods:
Changing mouse sensitivity in game.
Changing mouse DPI.
Set minecraft into compatibility mode.
Decreased mouse acceleration.
Sorry, if this is in the wrong place, I never use this website and don't know where to even categorize this issue...
My roomate used to have this issue and we finally figured out it was something about the display resolution and the wireless mouse. Sounds strange, but do you happen to fit this scenario at all?
