The Pentium 4 is a very old and slow CPU. Minecraft requires a Pentium D at minimum.
You also don't appear to have any video card drivers installed. This is likely the root of the problem.
However, just judging by your system specs, I think it is way overdue for an upgrade. Even something like an Intel NUC would be a vast improvement over your current setup. Just do some research beforehand if you go with one of those.

Don't worry!, I'm planning to upgrade my PC around November, I used to get solid 90-144 FPS while playing (Normal settings without fancy graphics)
About the drivers I checked if I have my drivers update to the last one and its says its updated, I'll try to searching more in deep.
