First of all, i know this question has been a thing since years ago but i'm just making sure if the payment rules with PayPal for Minecraft has changed or not.
Is it possible for me to buy minecraft with an unverified PayPal account? I know i can just verify my PayPal account with credit/debit card but i'm 14 and my parents won't let me make a VCC out of their debit card.
