I was playing in survival in my Minecraft world, and I decided to be an idiot and kill all of the baby zombies in my world, since they cause me the most trouble. While doing so, I did this command in the chat: /kill @e[type=!Player]
...and then a bunch of text appeared saying that it killed all of the sheep, cows, chicken, etc. That existed in my world. And now I have to respawn all of those mobs in my world.
My only concern is, will those mobs naturally respawn in my world again? Since I killed all of the natural mobs, do I have to manually spawn them or do they just respawn by themselves?
Mobs despawn naturally and spawn naturally. All you did was temporarily create an imbalance, but it will eventually balance out when the mobs spawn again.
