Can anyone help me figure out this? It's not any of the mods I'm using because it happens in vanilla as well.. but it never used to happen. Now everything in the distance is always flashy like this - - I have mipmap on 4 but it doesn't change when I turn them off. I also am using optifine. My graphics card is a gtx 1060 and I have the latest nvidia driver. Any help would be appreciated as this is really annoying me. (It also happens no matter what texture pack I am using)
