I recently reinstalled Windows entirely, and after reinstalling Minecraft and the newest version of Optifine (As of July 1st), I was greeted with this. I have an Alienware 13 with a graphics amplifier, and when I use integrated graphics, everything runs fine, if not a little slow, but when I use the external processor with a GTX 1070, this happens. (the low spot in the middle of the lagometer is when I Alt+Tab-ed out of the game)
