I'm using a Windows 10 AMD Graphics PC and everytime I go to run Minecraft, it freezes at the Mojang startup screen. I never get a crash report though so I'm not sure what I can provide that will help with this problem. It's very frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I just updated my driver but the same problem arises. My computer is only 2 years old and is built for gaming. Should I try running in a certain compatibility mode or is there another solution?
I have tried running in compatibility mode and I got to the main menu. When I go to start a game, it just gives me this and I have to close out with task manager.

I'm having the same issue. Just freezes and stops responding at the Mojang screen and I have to force close it. Updated my drivers, updated the latest version of java, reinstalled minecraft. Problem still remains. I don't have any issues with any other games so idk what the problem is.

Crashing at the Mojang screen means "I did a graphics check while I displayed the Mojang logo, and your computer failed, so I'm just quitting".
You might try updating your graphics drivers. It's not the game. It's your computer.
(In case your wondering, deleting and re-installing the program rarely fixes the problem.)
People have complained of "crashing" (different than your problem), and in the next update they've "Fixed several crashes and improved stability".
Thanks for replying!
