I just bought a refurbished desktop and have been unable to get Minecraft to load. It says an unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. Below is my DxDiag. Sorry I'm not computer savy, any help would be appreciated to know what my computer is missing.
If you want to play video games on a computer you need to buy one that is meant to be played on, not a cheap used one that can barely run Word. You need one with a dedicated graphics card.

New desktop? That toaster is at least 9 years old. Too old for Windows 10 and does not meet Minecraft' s system requirements https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements
It was refurbished and was supposed to be updated. But I guess not. Is it a junker then or worth trying to update it?
