I bought my son minecraft in November of last year. He's been playing it fine but we had to have the computer completely redone as it was corrupted. Therefore had to reinstall minecraft. However it's saying he can only play the demo.
When u look at his account there us no game there. We have the email confirmation from Mojang. With a transaction ID etc. Click on the link to install. Still nothing. I've emailed Mojang but there is a 5 day wait! Not fair for my 8 year old to have to wait this long for a game we paid for months ago
I've checked the email address and used the email Addy that the confirmation email was sent to but nothing.
