So today I've tried shaders (with optifine) and my shaders started bugging out like this:

i can see the water through blocks.slime blocks through blocks, and colored glass.(any color)
I've tried different shaders and still won't fix the problem.
I use Optifine H7 1.8.9
any suggestions?
