as the title says i have a fps problem in minecraft where i should be getting over 100-200 frames when i only get 30-40 frames.
The thing is yesterday after reinstalling minecraft i got 200+ frames working fine but when i start up my computer the next day its only getting 30-40 frames
i have tried everything from setting the priority to high, change the amount of memory, nvidia control panel, newest java, updated everything ,etc
assuming you are running windows 10, go into task manager in the startup section and see what else is starting when you restart, if you are running an older version of windows look in msconfig.

Perhaps you have something running in the background after you restarted your computer?
