After clicking "Play" the game client disappears then a notification pops up with the client in the background saying "Game Crash"
"An Unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvience."

Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
