i have problem with minecraft

when i lunch minecraft and start world

its fine unitl i move in high detail place crowded with trees and blocks like jungle it crashes

and a java crash window appear with these information :

and in minecraft launcher these crash information typed :

its like when i move to a crowded place the game crashes because the vram isn't enough to store more graphics

-minecraft runs with 130 fps

system spec :

core 2 duo e6600 2.4GHz

2GB ram

intel gma 3000 64MB vram internal

windows 7 ultimate

minecraft version 1.12 and 1.11 and 1.10

don't say buy graphic card i will buy later

i need solution if possible
