So, I was just playing Minecraft regularly and then all of a sudden my Minecraft cilent started lagging badly. Now this happens every single time I'm playing Minecraft even if I'm in single player or on a server. Mods Installed: OptiFine Verion: 1.11.2 HD U C2

Sorry for the late response, anyways, here's what I got Java Arguments: -Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M
FPS at the time of it happening:
Turn off VBOs.
