I have a few mods which I want to play with, but my Minecraft is over the top laggy. I have optifine installed, and I have every single graphic option turned to the lowest possible setting, and I only get 10 FPS. I have 4GB RAM, 220 Hard drive, and an i5 (don't remember full specs) processor. Minecraft used to run 60 fps before modding, and I know the best option would be to remove the mods, but what would be the point of playing with mods if I have to remove them?

Minecraft is what I do. It's a way of life.

Curse PremiumHow much memory have you allocated to MC? And is the 4G you mentioned system RAM?
Is your OS 64 bit? If so, install 64 bit Java.
MC does have minimum system requirements. Your PC might be at the limit.

The ram is system tam, yes, and I don't know exactly how to allocate memory to MC.
I do have a 64-bit OS
