First thing is first. Yes I have Optifine and everything is as low as it can be. My java is fine. I've tried everything I have found on other threads but my fps is still low. When playing it goes to 5 at the highest and I can't play. But when I pause, it goes to around 70-80. I think it's because of the tick. But I don't know how to make the tick chill. It's fine when paused but if I go back to playing, tick takes up that whole pie chart thing and I can't play at all. What can I do?

I think there is a in game command for that. Look it up.

Yes there is but I'm not completely sure if I should lower the tps or make it higher to help with my Fps
what is your system information, what is the version, they are important.
I actually fixed the problem. I had to allocate more ram for minecraft. Things are good.
