Hey guys, I just got back on minecraft after a couple years of not playing. I noticed that there was a new launcher, and that when I press play it would crash and say there was an unexpected error. I have looked up many solutions but none of them have worked. It is making me unable to play the game. Any suggestions?
You have a very borderline graphics chip, which will just barely run Minecraft. You may also not be able to update the drivers as the graphics chip might not be supported on Windows 10, see this:
In that case, downgrading to Windows 7 is the only option aside from getting a real graphics card. Even one of the low end ones from Nvidia or AMD will do, as long as this computer can have one installed. A quick search shows this model of PC is now eight years old. Even a fairly low-end laptop that is relatively recent is a better system than that one.
