I've uninstalled and reinstalled Java and Minecraft, but nothing seems to be working. Help please lol

My main verison is 1.8.9, and I mostly use forge, but it even crashes when I try Vanilla.

I use the latest Java (verison 8 update 131)

It happened recently, like it was working fine earlier, and then suddenly this happened

update: it has to be an issue w/ 1.8.9 because 1.11.2 worked fine
