Everytime I go to download the game, it will download successfully. However, once I run the launcher and sign it and press play, it takes a second and then sends me a crash screen. This is what it gave me;

Your graphics card is not supported on Windows 10, downgrade to Windows 7, get a new graphics card or use a different computer.
