This issue has been around for way too much time, and apparently not everyone has it. In the new launcher, when I click on the "Skins" tab, it says "Connection issues: Please try changing your skin at a later time, or go to our website: (link) Minecraft skins website". Waiting would be the first thing to do, right? Well, after waiting days or even more, guess it's not an option. I don't change my skin often, so I can't tell if it has been up in the previous days, but my friend had this problem like 2 or 1 month ago, and sometimes these issues go out, and then right after they're apparently fixed, they come back again.
Thing is, if I go to the minecraft.net website, I can't even log in to my account. I want to change my skin, that's all. Since my friend had this problem too and he was trying to connect on a different internet, it's not a problem with my internet. Do I have to wait? Do I have to reinstall Minecraft? What can I do? Any options, but waiting who knows how many days/months?
Thanks!
P.S I got it, but in a ridiculous way... I used my phone's internet to login into Minecraft and reset my skin. I don't know what's wrong, but definitely something with the internet. Again, it's not only me, my friend had the same problem. This should be fixed anyway; we're not able to change our skins via computer...
Trend Micro HijackThis is a utility that is used to collect diagnostic reports of your computer to help narrow down an issue you may be having. Download: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5 beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run the program, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on http://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
